*Smoking is allowed in back by pool area. All doors and windows must be kept close. Any smells inside with be additional fines and charges. Any damage or improper discard of butts or smoking materials shall incur additional charges and or fines.
*Pool & Heat: $40/night with a minimum of 3 nights plus must be for duration of the stay.
*Grill: $30 clean fee. $75 full tank of gas & clean fee.
