South Facing Pool & Spa- 2 Master Bedrooms

Poolside villa is a luxury home located just 10 mins from Disney on the prestigious Glenbrook resort in Clermont. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all furnished to a high standard. The villa is fully air conditioned and boasts digital / cable TV in all rooms and includes free local / national and International telephone calls.

The 1st Master suite includes Queen sized bed and walk-in closet and is adjoined by its own En-suite luxury bathroom with , walk-in shower, jetted tub and his 'n' hers basins, with direct access onto the pool deck.

The 2nd Master suite includes a King sized bed and also offers a walk-in closet and its own adjoining luxury bathroom w/ soaking tub & shower

Two twin bedrooms both have cable TV and DVD and have use of a 3rd bathroom.

A laundry room offers a large capacity washing machine / tumble dryer.

A fully fitted and well appointed kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave and American fridge freezer with ice dispenser. A café style breakfast area adjoins the kitchen for informal family dining. A second, formal lounge and dining area is situated at the front of the villa with additional TV.
The family room offers ample seating and entertainment with a large 44 inch HDTV and DVD player.

The large 13 x 26 foot south facing pool is complimented by a jacuzzi both of which are heated and surrounded by an extended pool deck with poolside furniture , ideal for lazy days. Barbecues are available from the management company should you wish to enjoy al fresco dining The pool is screened and features a child safety fence for your peace of mind.

Location

Ideally located within the prestigious Glenbrook resort community, just 10 minutes from the Disney theme parks, this luxury villa provides the ideal base to explore the Orlando area or to relax poolside and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

Further amenities are offered at the Glenbrook Clubhouse and include a resort sized pool, media room and movies and basketball, volleyball and tennis courts.

Also, check out is 10am SHARP unless prearranged at time of booking. Anything after will enquire an additional charge.

Pool/spa heat is additional $35 a day w/ a 3 consecutive day minimum. $30 a day if booking is 28 days or more.

*THERE IS A MANDATORY MID STAY CLEANING FEE ($180) FOR STAYS OVER 2 WEEKS.*

Comfortable Stay in a Convenient Location

We really enjoyed our stay here! House was well stocked with kitchen needs. One of the beds was kind of bouncy but overall everyone was comfortable. Spa got very warm but pool sadly did not despite using the cover and turning off the spa. Maybe it just wasn’t warm enough weather? Not a deal breaker though, we would love to stay again. Shopping and dining close by. Host was helpful and very responsive. Thank you!

We stayed at the house in the first week of June. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants. There was just one small child in our group and he loved the pool. The door alarms were a little inconvenient but I understand why they would need to be there. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great Villa, well equipped and wonderful pool.

The property was very well presented, well located and exactly as described on the website. Host was brilliant. Very responsive and happy to help. The master bedroom would benefit a little attention (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but that has not detracted from our wonderful stay at all. The villa was very well equipped (possibly the best we have ever stayed in from a kitchen perspective), and the pool was absolutely wonderful. We had it heated, and we were in it every day morning (and sometime night too)! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a well placed villa.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a fabulous stay in Providence at this beautiful home. Everything was spotless and modern. We loved the pool so much that we spent most of our holiday at the home. Everything that we needed was there - great supply of kitchen tools, dishes (both pool safe and glass), comfortable beds, great linens and pool towels. My son had a great time playing air hockey with his sisters when he needed a break from the pool. Shawna was an amazing host. Very friendly and answered all questions promptly. She resolved any issue immediately and we couldn't have asked for better. I would 100% return to this home.
