Guest Information:

Housekeeping: Cleaning is not provided during the stay. Optional  daily or mid-stay service available upon request (extra fee).

Food & Beverages: Not provided, in compliance with Florida law. Guests must supply their own groceries and condiments.

Trash Disposal: Please follow the designated trash collection days. Use 13-gallon bags and place them in the trash bin located next to the front door to help keep the home clean and tidy.

Parking: The indoor garage is not accessible to guests. Feel free to use the driveway and the visitor parking spaces available throughout the community.

Linens & Towels: Clean sheets and towels provided. Washcloths are not included due to health regulations.

For your convenience, we provide starter supplies including soap, a dish sponge, dish detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests can purchase any additional items at nearby supermarkets.

Kitchen Amenities: Blender, toaster, regular coffee machine, Nespresso Vertuo machine, airfryer, and kettle.

Extra fees apply for BBQ use ($75 one-time) and pool heating ($50 per night, 3-night minimum).

Please note: Our facility features a spa, not a Jacuzzi.

Wonderful stay in a safe neighbourhood!

I highly recommend this location. It really is central to so many parks, shops etc. Super clean, everything well stocked and the host was very responsive. This home is very large and can accomodate large families. The pool, hot tub and outdoor bbq/furniture was a great addition. I loved the gated community for a safe and very comfortable stay.

Relaxing Enjoyable Stay

This house was amazing, beautiful design with a touch of comfort, the children in our group definitely had a blast in all of the themed rooms. This house was very accommodating to our group size (23) without giving that feeling that everyone was on top of each other. When i initially booked i hadn’t realized that the home came with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, it also had 2 sets of washer/dryers one on the first floor and the other on the second floor. If your looking for a home for your large group vacation, i highly recommend this home.. the host was very nice and very responsive, check in and check out was a breeze.

This home was absolutely beautiful!! First I’d like to say the kids rooms were the coolest!! My kids couldn’t decide which rooms they wanted!! And the rest of the rooms were decorated perfectly. All the rooms colors and decor matched so nicely. The beds were comfortable and they all were very spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone in the whole house. The kitchen was nice and big. I liked that they had 2 refrigerators to accommodate all the food. The pool was and nice and I loved the way they did the game area. All the TVs on the wall was cool. We overall loved the place. We didn’t want to leave!! Oh and the owners were very nice and helpful. They text back right away. And we’re ready to help with anything. Thank you!! We loved it!!
