* Pool heating must be requested 48 hours in advance. It is heat
exchange-based and may not function in cold weather.
* The attached spa is not a jacuzzi and will share the same
temperature as the pool when heated.
* Pool heater temperature will not exceed 95°F and a minimum of three
consecutive days is required for heating.
* Additional charges may apply for extra cleaning if house rules are
not adhered to.
