The Space:

Morning light filters through wide windows as the house slowly comes to life—coffee brews in the kitchen, kids drift toward the game room, and plans take shape for another day near Orlando’s world‑famous attractions. After a full day out, evenings naturally gather everyone back together, whether it’s a movie night in the cinema or quiet conversations by the pool and hot tub. The spacious villa in Kissimmee feels like a private retreat that still keeps the excitement of the parks just minutes away.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa offers nine bedrooms across two levels and a total of 17 beds. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a second master bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite. The themed rooms add fun and flexibility: a Marvel‑themed bedroom with a twin bunk bed plus a twin bed and ensuite; an Alice‑themed bedroom with two twin bunk beds; a Harry Potter‑themed room with a full bunk bed and ensuite; and a Frozen‑themed bedroom with a twin bunk bed plus a twin bed and ensuite. Several additional king bedrooms upstairs each include an ensuite bathroom, creating flexible options for couples and families traveling together. Seven baths are spread throughout the home for convenience.



Living spaces

Two separate living areas let groups relax without crowding, whether you’re unwinding after the parks or enjoying downtime indoors. A dedicated cinema room provides a comfortable setting for movie nights, while the game room offers another way to spend time together.



Kitchen & dining

A large full kitchen anchors the home, equipped for preparing meals at your own pace. Two indoor dining areas make it easy to gather for breakfasts before heading out or dinners back at the villa after long days exploring. A washer and dryer are available for laundry needs, and free parking is provided on the premises.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a patio furnished with seating, a pool, and a hot tub—perfect for cooling off during warm Florida afternoons or relaxing in the evenings year‑round. Resort access adds additional shared amenities for your stay.



Comfort & conveniences

The home includes air conditioning, heating, wifi, and a dedicated workspace for guests who need to stay connected. Bathroom essentials and bedroom linens are provided, and safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place. The villa is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.

Located in Kissimmee, the villa places you close to Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld while still offering a spacious retreat to return to at the end of each day. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Solara Resort includes a basketball court, volleyball court, tennis court and a full-size soccer field. If you’re not a sports-fan but like to stay in shape, you can work out in the large fitness center at the clubhouse.



At the end of the day, you might find your teens at the teen hangout center where they have already made new friends. If they’re not ready to leave just yet, that’s fine too; hungry tummies will soon find their way over to the bar & grill where you’re already chilling with a drink.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
