The space
This is a gated resort townhome, has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths, comfy for 11 guests. Has a pool, in addition to the amenities that include the big pool(warmed), lazy river, golf courses, theater, gym, spa, volleyball court. To top it: it’s 20 min from the different Disney & entertainment parks.
Guest access
It’s a gated community with a guard in front. Owner will arrange for your gate entry/access when booked. Guests will need to provide car info and guests’ driver’s licenses bcoz security checks it at the gate.
Other things to note
There’s an enclosed/covered Lanai or small pool in the back 3-4ft deep and it has a gate for the safety of the children. We provide the gated feature to prevent accidents. Ultimately, the parents have to take sole responsibility of their children’s safety. By booking this house, you agree with this term.
