The Space:

After a day of Disney thrills or a round of shopping, you step back onto the private patio, the evening breeze inviting you to unwind on the small outdoor seating for two. The townhome’s open layout lets you gather in the spacious living room before retreating to your own bedroom sanctuary, balancing togetherness with personal space.



Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, offering a quiet retreat.

- Second bedroom features a bunk bed with a twin over full configuration, perfect for kids or extra guests.

- Third bedroom provides a queen size bed.

- Bedrooms two and three share a full-size bathroom, and a third bathroom serves the main floor, giving the home three baths in total.



Living space & outdoor living

The main living area offers comfortable seating and room to gather for meals or relaxation. A dining table and breakfast nook flow seamlessly from the kitchen, creating an open‑plan feel. Step out onto the private patio for a brief pause between outings, with outdoor seating for two.

Resort amenities

As a guest of Regal Palms Resort & Spa you gain shared access to a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant and bar, and an ice‑cream shop. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten guests and provides wristbands for the amenities.



Location & access

The townhouse sits in Davenport, Florida, just a short drive from Disney World and other Orlando attractions. Orlando International Airport is about a 40‑minute drive, making arrivals and departures straightforward. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street, and self‑check‑in with a smart lock lets you arrive on your own schedule.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
