The Space:

Morning light filters into the living area as you sip coffee, feeling the gentle hum of the nearby resort pool. After a day of Disney magic or a round of golf, you return to a spacious townhome where the private patio invites a quiet pause before dinner. The open flow of the main floor lets you gather for meals, unwind on comfortable seating, and step outside for a breath of fresh Florida air. Here, comfort and convenience blend with easy access to the attractions that bring families together.



Living area

The main living room offers ample seating for the whole group, with a view of the small private patio that seats two. A dining table and breakfast nook sit just off the kitchen, creating a seamless space for meals and conversation.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, a full set of cookware, and a convenient layout for quick breakfasts or relaxed dinners. A washer and dryer are tucked nearby, adding ease for longer stays.



Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, three bedrooms provide personal space. The master bedroom includes a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom for a private retreat. Bedroom two is fitted with a bunk bed in a twin‑over‑full configuration, perfect for kids or extra guests. Bedroom three offers a queen size bed. Bedrooms two and three share a full‑size bathroom.



Resort amenities

As a guest of Regal Palms Resort & Spa, you have shared access to a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant and bar, and an ice‑cream shop. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten guests and provides wristbands for all amenities.



Location & access

The townhome sits inside a gated community in Davenport, Florida, just a short drive from Disney World and other Orlando attractions. Orlando International Airport is about a 40‑minute drive away. Self check‑in is handled through a smart lock, and free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Major roadways are nearby, making it simple to explore dining, shopping, and theme parks.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
