The Space:

After a day of Disney thrills or exploring nearby attractions, you step onto a private patio for a quiet pause before gathering again inside. The townhome balances shared moments with personal space, making it easy to unwind together.



Sleeping Arrangements

Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom for a private retreat. Bedroom two features a bunk bed with a twin‑over‑full configuration, perfect for kids or extra guests. Bedroom three provides a queen size bed. Bedrooms two and three share a full‑size bathroom.



Living Space

The main living area includes comfortable seating arranged for conversation and relaxation. A dining area and breakfast nook flow seamlessly from the kitchen, creating an open feel for meals and casual gatherings. From the living room, a small private patio with outdoor seating for two invites a brief escape between outings.



Kitchen & Dining

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances supports simple meals, from quick breakfasts to relaxed dinners. A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, adding convenience to your home‑base.



Resort Amenities

As a guest of Regal Palms Resort & Spa you have access to a community amenity center that includes a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant and bar, and an ice‑cream shop. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten guests and provides wristbands for amenity use.



Location & Access

The townhouse has a private entrance and self‑check‑in with a smart lock. Free parking is provided on the premises, with additional street parking nearby. Situated in Davenport, Florida, the home is a short drive to Disney World, other Orlando attractions, and about 40 minutes from Orlando International Airport, making arrivals and departures straightforward.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
