The Space:

After a sunrise stroll through the gated community, you return to a spacious townhome where the private patio invites a quiet pause before dinner. The blend of comfort, privacy, and easy resort access makes it simple to unwind together, whether you’re a family or a group of friends.



Living area

The open‑plan living room offers comfortable seating for everyone, with a view that leads directly to a small private patio equipped with outdoor seating for two. A dining area and breakfast nook flow seamlessly from the kitchen, creating a natural gathering spot for meals and conversation.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, a full set of cookware, and a convenient layout for quick breakfasts or relaxed dinners. A washer and dryer are available on the premises, adding extra convenience for longer stays.



Sleeping arrangements

All three bedrooms are upstairs, providing a quiet retreat from the main living spaces.

- Master bedroom: king‑size bed with an ensuite bathroom.

- Bedroom two: bunk bed with a twin‑over‑full configuration.

- Bedroom three: queen‑size bed.

Bedrooms two and three share a full‑size bathroom, and the home includes a total of four beds for up to six guests.



Resort amenities

Guests enjoy shared access to the Regal Palms community amenity center and clubhouse, which include:

- A gym, restaurant and bar, and an ice‑cream shop.

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten people and provides wristbands for amenity use.



Location & access

The townhome sits inside the gated Regal Palms Resort & Spa in Davenport, Florida, just a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions. Orlando International Airport is about a 40‑minute drive away. Free parking is available on the premises as well as on the street, and self‑check‑in is handled through a smart lock for a smooth arrival.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
