The Space:

Morning light filters into the living area as you sip coffee and plan a day of theme‑park thrills or relaxed poolside moments. After a sunrise stroll through the gated community, you return to a spacious townhome where the private patio invites a quiet pause before dinner. The open flow of the living room, dining nook and kitchen lets you gather easily, while the upstairs bedrooms give each guest a personal retreat. Here, comfort and convenience blend with easy access to Orlando’s top attractions.



Sleeping arrangements

The master bedroom offers a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom, creating a private retreat for two. Bedroom two features a bunk bed with a twin‑over‑full configuration, perfect for kids or friends sharing a room. Bedroom three provides a queen‑size bed, and bedrooms two and three share a full‑size bathroom. The home sleeps six across four beds.



Living space

The main living area includes comfortable seating for the whole group and direct access to a small private patio with outdoor seating for two. Free parking is available on the premises, and additional street parking is nearby. Self check‑in is handled through a smart lock, allowing a smooth arrival at any hour.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances opens onto a dining area and breakfast nook, supporting quick breakfasts or relaxed evenings in. A washer and dryer are provided for longer stays, adding extra convenience.



Resort amenities

As a guest of Regal Palms Resort & Spa, you share access to a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant and bar, and an ice‑cream shop. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten guests and provides wristbands for amenity use; the resort supplies a maximum of ten wristbands through guest services.

Located in Davenport, Florida, the townhome sits inside a secured community just a short drive from Disney World, other Orlando‑area attractions, dining and shopping. Orlando International Airport is roughly a 40‑minute drive, making arrivals and departures straightforward.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
