The open‑plan living room offers comfortable seating for everyone, with a view that leads directly to a small private patio equipped with outdoor seating for two. A dining area and breakfast nook flow seamlessly from the kitchen, creating a natural gathering spot for meals and conversation.

A fully equipped kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, a full set of cookware, and a convenient layout for quick breakfasts or relaxed dinners. A washer and dryer are available on the premises, adding extra convenience for longer stays.

Orlando International Airport is about a 40‑minute drive away. Free parking is available on the premises as well as on the street, and self‑check‑in is handled through a smart lock for a smooth arrival.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:
-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.
-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
