The townhome’s open flow lets you unwind together while still enjoying moments of personal space.



Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom: king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, a private retreat after a busy day.

- Bedroom two: bunk bed with a twin over full configuration, perfect for kids or friends.

- Bedroom three: queen size bed, offering comfort for additional guests.

- Two additional full baths serve the upstairs bedrooms, keeping mornings smooth.



Living space

The main living area features comfortable seating arranged for conversation and relaxation. A dining table and a cozy breakfast nook flow from the kitchen, inviting shared meals or quick snacks. From the sofa, a door opens onto a small private patio with outdoor seating for two, ideal for a sunrise coffee or an evening breeze.



Kitchen & dining

A fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances supports simple meal preparation. The layout includes a countertop space for quick breakfasts and a dining area for relaxed dinners. A washer and dryer are available on the same level, adding convenience for longer stays.



Resort amenities

Guests enjoy shared access to the Regal Palms community center, which includes a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant, a bar, and an ice‑cream shop. A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day, including tax, applies for up to ten people and provides wristbands for all amenities. The resort fee covers the use of these facilities, though participation is optional.



Location & access

The townhouse sits inside the gated Regal Palms Resort & Spa in Davenport, Florida, just a short drive from Disney World, other Orlando attractions, and major roadways. Orlando International Airport is about a 40‑minute drive, making arrivals and departures straightforward. Self check‑in is enabled by a smart lock, and free parking is available both on the premises and on the street.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities. IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
