The Space:

This spacious six-bedroom resort home in the gated ChampionsGate community comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and offers plenty of room to relax, spend time together, and enjoy the nearby theme parks. With a private screened-in pool, overflow spa, and in-home game room, there’s plenty to enjoy both at home and around the resort.

The home features six bedrooms and five full bathrooms, with five bedrooms upstairs and one king suite on the first floor.

Each bathroom is stocked with starter essentials, including a small shampoo, conditioner, soap, and one roll of toilet paper. These items are not replenished during your stay.

The open-concept living room features comfortable sofas and a large Smart TV, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the parks. Upstairs, a second living area with additional seating and its own Smart TV gives guests the option to enjoy separate downtime. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware, and dinnerware for preparing meals during your stay. The dining table comfortably seats eight, while the breakfast bar offers three cushioned stools and can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace for remote work.



Outdoor Amenities

Step outside to the private screened-in patio, where you’ll find a swimming pool with an overflow spa, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining area for enjoying meals by the pool. Pool heating is available for an additional fee and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.



Game Room

The in-home game room offers a pool table and foosball, along with seating for guests to relax and cheer on friendly tournaments.

Free parking is available on-site. High chairs and pack-n-plays are available upon request. Please note that washcloths are not provided, so guests may want to bring their own. Starter bathroom supplies are provided but are not replenished during your stay.



The home is conveniently located about 13 miles from Walt Disney World and within a short drive of Universal Studios, SeaWorld, shopping outlets, and championship golf courses.

The home is located within the ChampionsGate Resort community, approximately 27.4 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO), with a drive time of around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Travel times to local attractions vary, so checking a navigation app before heading out is recommended.



Other Things to Note:

Pool & BBQ

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. A BBQ grill is also available for an additional fee; please request it at least 48 hours before arrival.  It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.



Interaction with Guests:

You can self-check-in using the electronic keypad on the door. Access codes to the gated community and the home will be provided to you before your arrival. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
