Charming Winter Park Fully Furnished & Pet Friendly Farmhouse Bungalow

Charming Farmhouse Themed cottage in beautiful Winter Park, FL. This home is centrally located near Rollins College (4 miles), UCF (6.5 miles), and Full Sail University (1.8 miles) as well as just a short drive away from Park Avenue in Winter Park (4.5 miles) and a hop, skip and a jump away from 417 which takes you to Downtown Orlando (11 miles) and Disney's theme parks (34 miles). This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large fenced in back yard with screened in Gazebo and patio furniture. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stainless steel fridge, electric oven, dishwasher and microwave. You will have everything you need including pots, pans, utensils, dishware, coffee station, linens, towels, and complimentary shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms. Dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee and will love the big fenced in back yard! there is no garage, however, there is plenty of space for 2-4 vehicles. All bedrooms have a queen bed. The house is beautifully furnished with farmhouse decor.

Great stay

The house was great for what we needed. It’s close to restaurants and about 15 min from UCF. It is an older home but it is well kept and decorated nicely. We had a great stay and recommend it. The host was excellent at communication.

Christmas Vacation

This house was perfect for our family and dogs. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The host is very attentive and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will plan to stay here again during our next trip!

Quick weekend trip for a graduation/trip to universal

This was a quick weekend trip for my brothers graduation, and of course to universal. The house was very close to all the necessities and was very cozy. The host was very kind and responsive. Also, super pet friendly. Our pup Luna absolutely adored the back yard!

Happy “home away from home”!

Our stay in this cozy, clean and comfortable home was delightful! We loved the helpful notes from the owner! The kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the living room were decorated and charming. Having a dishwasher and laundry machines was convenient. We would highly recommend this home to all!

Wonderful property, host kept extra trash bags, linens, and covers also even provided us conditioner , shampoo and body soap. Of course didn’t use but wonderful to know the host provided things in case we were forgetful! 10/10 would stay here again!

We found the rental to be as advertised. It was clean and everything provided that we needed. The only drawback was that the property was for sale and we had people wishing to come in and view the property.

Comfortable weekend get away.

Our plans changed last minute and we were able to add an additional night to our reservation which was a big save! Upon arrival the door code was not working but Bre'ette was able to let us in remotely and reset the lock. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly. I enjoyed walking the dog each day.

Perfect for the three of us

The farm house was a perfect place for my mother, sister and I. We enjoyed watching movies on the TV. The kitchen was very spacious. We also enjoyed sitting on the front porch too! Everything was clean! Great location, we found lots of places of eat and we visited EPCOT one day. Thank you so much!

Not as advertised

Hurricane wind damage on property, small trees growing out of gutters. Unusually low ceilings. Mildew smell. Didn’t feel that we could stay here safely ( health wise). Had booked it for 2 months. We were refunded without issue.

Great place for Family Fun

The cleanliness needs an explanation. The cleaners did not show up, however the owner immediately contacted me and the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. Having a great response when things don’t go as expected was much appreciated. The property was comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed for all our meals. So relaxing to have our morning coffee in the backyard and it was a great space for our dog. We took morning and evening walks in the charming, safe neighborhood. Close to downtown shops, restaurants and Saturday farmers market. Very nice list of places to check out was provided which led us to the Botanical Gardens. We would definitely stay here again. Great host and accommodations!!

This house is cozy, clean, and comfy. Host is amazing as well and replies very quickly. House is in a nice quiet neighborhood but still close to all things Orlando.

Completely blindsided!

The picture of the front is COMPLETELY not what you get! We passed by and I thought NO WAY is that the place! plants growing out of the gutters, dirt driveway, rotten ramp with a hole in it! I was so embarrassed with my family! I so wish I could post a picture, but doesn’t give me the option! Neighborhood is very sketchy and not a place you feel safe. Listed charming, you have got to be kidding me! So misleading, we were duped!

Charmingly comfortable!

We were in town for a wedding at Rollins College and the location could not have been better. We were minutes away from the college and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. While the house had the quaintness of a cottage, there was more than enough space to spread out. Cleanliness is a major concern and clean it was! The furnishings were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. This cute cottage was perfect for us!

Great potential, poor quality

Let me start by saying the host is very responsive and friendly. The check in process was simple. However, this house needs some TLC. The vinyl floors are awful. Bubbling up everywhere. There’s a broken ceramic tile in between the kitchen and living room that causes some issues too. Lots of trips and falls. If you’re wobbly on your feet, best to go elsewhere until this is resolved. The couches are very old and not very functional. The decor is cute and the house is spacious for what it is. Fenced in yard is great. The sheets had some questionable and what appeared to be “love” stains left over from the previous guest. Brown splatter on the kitchen wall. Various left over products from the previous guest as well (comb & hairbrush) in the shower. The house smelt clean right off the bat, but the skeletons came out the longer we stayed. Overall, I would recommend the host, but this property in particular needs some TLC and a more thorough cleaner.

Enjoyable stay

This lovely bungalow home had everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and comfortable . When we first pulled up to the home, we were a bit concerned because front porch and entry could use a little work, but upon entering, we were quickly at ease. The host was just wonderful to work with from booking to exiting. Answered all questions quickly. She was friendly and conscientious. Lively stay.
