The Space:

The gentle breeze carries the scent of freshly cut grass, inviting you to linger and watch the day awaken. As the sun sets, the balcony transforms into a quiet perch where the lights of the resort twinkle against the night sky. Inside, the living area welcomes you with a relaxed rhythm that feels like home.



Living space

A spacious living area anchors the condo, offering a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the parks or a quiet morning on the balcony. Air conditioning and heating keep the interior pleasant year‑round, and WiFi plus a dedicated workspace let you balance downtime with remote work. A flat‑screen TV provides a simple option for movie nights.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen features stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the basics you need to prepare meals at your own pace. An indoor dining table seats the group for breakfasts, dinner conversations, or board‑game sessions.



Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms accommodate up to six guests. Bedroom 1 holds a king bed, serving as the primary sleeping space. Bedroom 2 includes a kids bunk twin bed, perfect for younger guests. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, a flexible option for couples or additional family members. Two bathrooms are available, stocked with bathroom essentials, fresh towels, and linens. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays.



Outdoor living

The oversized wrap‑around balcony overlooks the golf course, providing an inviting spot to read, sip coffee, or simply enjoy the breeze at any time of day without leaving the unit.



Resort amenities

Your stay includes complimentary access to select Reunion Resort community amenities. Use the RFID card provided to enjoy shared pools, spas, fitness centers, playgrounds, and other outdoor spaces across several neighborhoods. A shared gym and pool are available for daily use, and tee times can be arranged separately at the Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson courses.

Located within Reunion Resort in Kissimmee, the condo offers a quiet, residential feel while being part of a well‑known resort community. Walkable paths, green spaces, and nearby attractions make it a comfortable base for families or groups seeking both resort‑style amenities and the flexibility of a full home.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as:



-Seven Eagles: Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers and Linear Park;

-Homestead: Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa;

-Carriage Pointe: Pool and Spa;

-Heritage Crossing: 2 Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa;

-The Terraces: Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion;

-Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park;

-Grand Traverse Parkway: Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center.



IMPORTANT: Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. RFID cards have a cost of $15 each and must be purchased during your stay. Please note that each card has an expiration date of 3 days. This RFID will ONLY grant access to the community amenities listed above, and we do NOT have access to Reunion's water park.



Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience (Palmer, Nicklaus or Watson Golf Courses). Please note that booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest.



The Neighborhood:

Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (1) vehicle in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
