Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

Very cute condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo. Very clean a bit outdated with a few things that could improve but the overall experience at this condo was very good. It is a lot bigger then seen in photos both bedrooms are fairly big and nice big walk in closet in both rooms and two full bathrooms and. Laundry in suite was an excellent addition and convenient will definitely returning in the future !
Stayed 7 nights in May 2025
