Inside this air-conditioned vacation rental, you’ll find a bright and open floor plan designed for comfort and convenience. The living room features cozy sofas and a smart TV with streaming services, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a large breakfast bar, and a dining table—everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Step out onto the private patio with chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or evening relaxation.

This townhouse sleeps up to six guests with three comfortable bedrooms. The main floor features one bedroom, while two bedrooms are located upstairs. The primary suite includes a smart TV and a private en suite bathroom, and the Mickey Mouse-themed bedroom is perfect for kids, also with a smart TV. The upper floor also features a dedicated workspace with a desk and monitor, plus a laundry area with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good place to stay

Very clean and spaceous bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped. There is a Wal-Mart and many stores nearby which was very convenient, and easy freeway access. Would definitely stay here again.
