4 Bed Luxury Villa - Close to all amenities, Private Pool

4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a private pool, solarium, air con and free wifi available.

The living space is on one floor, with kitchen, dining area and lounge being open plan, allowing for families and friends to chat whilst food/drinks are being prepared; with our British television to make you feel at home.

The villa consists for 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suites and one family bathroom. All bedrooms consist of built-in wardrobes for plenty of storage and have patio doors for outside access. Electric shutters on all doors/windows in the house. The villa has air conditioning, providing both hot and cold air.

For an additional space to unwind, we have our solarium upstairs (107sqm) containing corner sofa, dining table and sun beds with magnificent views of the sea. For those who prefer to keep to the shade, make use of our gazebo! With additional BBQ and bar area upstairs, everyone can socialise together for a relaxing time.

Final clean/laundry fee of 150 euros to be paid on arrival - this is for your laundry (Bedding, bath towels, hand towel, beach towels, shower mats, tea towels, etc) to be cleaned after your visit and the final clean of the house once you have departed.

Checking in/checking out times are between 8am-8pm (outside these times incur an extra charge of 25 euros).

This villa is situated within a 3 minute drive to La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre (12 minute walk), Los Dolses Plaza for takeaways, local bakers, cafes and mini supermarket (8 minute walk). Local authentic restaurants such as Los Cucalos; a few minutes walk away. Supermarkets and the beach, with the local beach being La Zenia, which is a 4 minute drive (21 minute walk). Where beach sun beds are available to hire for a small fee (7 euros). If the beach is not for you, we are close to Villamartin Plaza (4 minute drive, 25 minute walk) where you can eat, drink or use Villamartin golf course!

Other golf courses in the area are Ramblas Golf course (10 minute drive) and Real Club de Golf Campoamor Resort (10 Minute drive).

We are situated 45 minute drive from Alicante airport and 35 minute drive from Murcia International Airport.
If you fancy a day out, you can visit markets such as Benjiofar (Sunday), Torrevieja (Friday) or our local Playa Flamenca Market (Saturday).

Very nice clean villa with a nice swimming pool with a lot of inflatables. The terrace on the roof is also great with a large table, bbq, lounge set and shadow. Communication with the owner and company that arranges everything there is good too.

Holiday where we used to live

Beautiful villa, well equipped and was ideal with it's own pool while the weather was really hot. Roof terrace was huge compared to other places we stayed and great for a bbq and drinks in the evening. The airport taxi service provided by the agent was all on time, even when our arriving flight was delayed. We knew the area, as we lived there some years ago. Plenty of shops and restaurants and new to us were the electric scooters you could hire. Ideal for getting around as it was really hot. There was a drop off place for the scooters just across the road, so this made it very easy to find them and not far to walk in the heat. All in all a great villa and a good location.. Would definitely recommend..

Perfect for our needs

Beautiful modern, clean villa with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was excellent and we cooked there most evenings. The lounge area was bright and comfortable and the pool helped us stay cool. The best thing of all was the roof terrace: lovely shaded table plus sofa, outdoor kitchen and bbq. There was a pleasant breeze up there. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful looking villa and loads of room. Overall we were happy with everything but there were a few problems but they didn’t spoil our stay The safety rail on the pool was broken and not fit for purpose, we removed it as it was falling off! a couple of the sun loungers were broken and we couldn’t get either Netflix or Amazon Video on the tv as described! Also the air conditioner didn’t seem to arrive in the 2 rear bedrooms! Small snagging problems that can be resolved

Excellent Villa For Families

Stayed as a party of 4 adults 3 teens and a young child and the Villa didn’t disappoint. Finished to a high spec and has everything you need for a holiday. Pool is small but enough for a small party. Good air con, comfy beds - like a home from home. Property manager on hand when needed. Restaurant on the corner which is good but the only one near. First batch is a 15 mins walk as is the supermarket. A further 15 mins and you have Villa Martin Plaza which is superb for bars and restaurants. Location could be better as no taxis or buses but you can’t have everything. Just use the electric scooters. All in all a fantastic stay which has left us wanting more!

Härlig semester

Själva bostaden går det inte att ha några synpunkter på. Allt var perfekt där. Bra pool, bra AC, bra kök osv. Solstolarna behöver uppdateras, de var inte i bästa skick. Sen var det läget och bristen på Taxibilar som var ett dilemma. Det tog ca 20 min att gå till närmast affär och restaurang. När det är 35 grader ute är det en besvärlig promenad. 30 min till stranden och nästan 40 min hem(uppför) är heller inget man gör med glädje när det är över 30 grader. Annars som sagt ett mycket trevligt och bra hus. Vi hade förhoppningar på att det skulle finnas taxibilar att få tag på men det var stört omöjligt. Vi jagade i över två timmar för att få tag på en taxi. Vi provade två ggr till men efter 1,5 timmes försök gav vi upp.

Girls holiday

Enjoyed our stay at this property nice modern villa fab roof terrace pool downstairs we found it to be to far away from the beach a good 30 to 40 minutes walk not a problem if you have a car shops about 20 minutes we thought that the cleaning charge was excessive as there's no cleaning when you're there but on the whole a lovely villa.

Orihuela - Costa Blanca

Mooie, ruime, moderne, luxe vakantiewoning! Ligging in een Spaanse nieuwbouw-wijk, op loopafstand van winkelcentra en dicht bij op-/afrit tolweg. Niet op loopafstand van oude stad of iets dergelijks. Wel zeer centraal om per auto regio te verkennen met prachtige steden (Alicante, Elche, Murcia, Cartagena).

La casa está bien aunque no hemos tenido agua caliente. Falta menaje (vasos, cacerolas...) Bien aunque pueden mejorar cosas. Si destacó que nos dejaron salir el último día a la hora que quisimos, fue un buen gesto

Estancia patética

La casa podrá ser muy bonito en fotos pero cuando llegas parece otra cosa. El aire a nuestra llegada no funcionaba, teniendo que abrir ventanas porque el calor era sofocante por lo que no comieron los mosquitos, la casa está en frente de un descampado lleno de mosquitos y toda clase de bichos. Estábamos deseando de irnos. Y luego por si ya no era poco la dueña nos quiso cobrar el arreglo del aire acondicionado que no estropeamos nosotros ya que desde el minuto uno no funcionaba. Vergonzosa esta señora.

New Property Close to La Zenia

A brand new 4 double bedroom property with all bedrooms of ample size and 3 bathrooms to accommodate our larger party, including an 18mth old. Los Dolses is conveniently placed for La Zenia, Villamartin and the beaches of Southern Costa Blanca. The property includes all mod cons and has a magnificent solarium - although little used in our stay as in August it was far too hot for us. The property owner, Barbara, was very welcoming and easy to deal with. An enjoyable 2 weeks holiday.
