"Our room was cleaned each day-plenty of travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just had to get use to 2 hand towels & 2 bath towels per day. The staff was very friendly, helpful & there was alway someone on staff who spoke English. We were able to book a ferry ride to St. Barth at the front desk-took less than 10 minute to do & stress free. Breakfast was the same each day and had a good variety for all-hot food was scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, ham & cheese. There were oats & I think cornflakes, fresh fruit and yogurt cups. Then there was the bread section with white bread, French bread, croissants, & a flaky pastry filled with chocolate. This was my favorite! A toaster was on the table to use. By the breads was a selection of jams-I liked the peach the best. Drinks-cold water, orange & mango juices, coffee, milk-hot & cold & hot water for tea. Every morning the most friendliest cat was there to greet you in hopes of getting some scrambled eggs-she got a full belly from me!! There is plenty of parking-facing our bungalow was 6 spots. We chose a garden view room but from our deck we had an ocean view through the trees which was really nice. We did not use the hotel pool- it was very nice looking because we ventured out using the bus & taxi services to go the different cities, attractions & beaches to experience the culture. I give 5 stars for this hotel."

"The host answered all my questions prior to arrival (I had quite a few) We were met and escorted to our room and the room looked exactly as pictured with a beautiful view. We had everything we could possibly need. It was also my 1st time staying at a VRBO. It was very close to the beach, about a 15 min or so walk to the restaurants in the middle of Orient Bay. It was easy to navigate. The walls were also pretty sound proof or everyone was exceptionally quiet. We would highly recommend !"

"Book a second floor room because of all the iguanas. Beach had alot of sargassum so ask the front desk about scoobi tours to Anguilla highly recommend. Also rent a car and drive to maho or mullet beach on the Dutch side for a clean beach. Also look into Island Cat Rescue by the airport if you wanna adopt a kitten to bring back. DANNY will take care of everything and help you pick out your next furry family member."

"We had a great time in Saint Martin. Loved starting the day with a cup of coffee on our beach view balcony with a breeze. Condo was great for the 2 of us. Any minor repairs or issues that came up were quickly addressed. Christian was super nice and very helpful. Everyone we met on the island was courteous and kind. Such a great trip. Lots of great beaches on Saint Martin, can't wait to go back."

Orient Bay Village, St. Martin Walking Distance To Club Orient

"The property was nice and clean and most importantly for us within walking distance of the beach and the main shopping and restaurant area. There were a couple of challenges as the water did go out during our stay and we were hoping to have 4 beach towels vs the 2 in the unit. The door to the bathroom was a bit different but we made it work without an issue. The shower took us a little bit of time to get working as it the temperature control knob was tight and needed to be loosened up for us to get hot waterFinally, which we were aware of, but I think would be a great addition would have been an outdoor fan. We sat outside on the patio every evening, but it was a bit hot and humid and a fan above would have been a nice addition.Overall, our stay was very nice and worth what we paid. There were just a few issues that we worked through but nothing that was significant or distracted from the property or our stay."

"The property is just as the photos, if not nicer. The bedrooms are set-up so that everyone has plenty of space. Alex was great and always available. My favorite part of the villa was the view. It’s beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The housekeeping a few days a week was a really nice touch. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
