Clean room for the most part, but the floor could have been vacuumed better. Hotel is in a great loction close to restaurants, outlet mall, and grocery store. Staff was helpful, just know you can't drink your own canned alcohol drinks in the lobby or they may confiscate it.

The room was new and very clean. I liked how it had a little kitchen. We didn’t use it, but would be nice to have if we were staying longer. The bed was a very uncomfortable spring bed. La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Orem University Pwy/Provo
Very nice, clean hotel. All of the staff were extremely friendly and professional. The check in process was super quick and the rooms, beds were very nice and comfortable. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a Marriott style hotel experience with Motel 6 prices.

Sadly the floor in our room was not very clean. There was a bottle cap, food crumbs and even nail clippings.
