"Here are some of the concerns we have to share that would impact our future appetite to stay at Phippsy’s:- check-in more than 1 hour late with no compensation due to previous group leaving house a huge mess!- no curtains in our bedrooms (some rooms do have, most don't)- faulty door handles throughout.- no lock on upstairs northern bathroom door ( shared by 2 bedrooms)- faulty and diffìcult to use front door lock (Hopefully sorted after we left) door handle assembly loose when we arrived. Had to tighten up after it stopped working)- BBQ knobs don’t shut BBQ off. - no safe ignition on stoves and BBQ (ie we had to hold a match to a gas flow)Overall, just little things!
