"Some residents have “Hostal No” signs on their balconies opposing the tourist accommodations. The dispute concerning the use and alteration of common areas led to litigation between the homeowners’ association and the lodging/property operator, including court rulings in 2023 and 2024. The signs were still present during our August 2026 stay, although this did not cause us any problems. Otherwise the room and the location were perfect for us."

"The apartment is better than described and the location is perfect for a visit to Burgos. The check in procedures were straight forward, although my daughter took care of that process, and access was quick and easy. It is close to everything and walking throughout the city was absolutely beautiful. Burgos is a wonderful, vibrant, and welcoming city. The people are so friendly and happy!
