Wayaca is a quiet and residential neighborhood located just minutes from the airport. It’s peaceful and safe, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
Nearby, you'll find supermarkets like C-Mart and Price Smart, as well as a handy local mini-market (Yin Lung) within walking distance. Beaches, restaurants, and shopping areas are just a 5–10 minute drive away.

Guests have full private access to the entire house, front and back garden, and the pool.
We offer self check-in with a secure keypad at the entrance.

-Please do not flush paper towels, wipes, or sanitary products in the toilet.
-Pool cleaning service visits on Tuesdays and Fridays — leave the garden gate open on those days.
-Gardeners come Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 4:00–6:00 PM (front yard only).
-No parties or events. Respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM.
-Smoking is not allowed inside the home.
