"Kathleen was an amazing host and nothing but helpful for our stay. She was very communicative and was quick to reply to my questions. The space was very clean and well kept and that bed was so comfortable! It was a short stay so I did not get to explore the area much but loved her little “cheat sheet” for dining and entertainment in the area! Overall a 10/10 experience!!"

"The house, as depicted on the internet, arrived from California on a one-week business trip. Consequently, I sought accommodation. However, the property’s cleanliness was unsatisfactory. The shower exhibited scum, spider webs were prevalent, and the floor was unkempt. Notably, I observed a few ants, which I promptly eliminated using the cleaning products left behind. Unfortunately, this action resulted in the clogging of the sink. Fortunately, the owner responded promptly and had the issue...

It wasn't a perfect place but the owner obviously cares about the property and the guests. Based on price it was more than expected. 10 minutes from Mosquito State Park and close to many great eateries. This place is in the middle of a nice quiet neighborhood.... Would 10/10 book it again."
