"Staff couldn’t find my reservation & I had to wait for almost 15 minutes when checking in for them to find my reservation. Hotel was clean, some features in the lobby, bar area and outside are more modern. I tried calling several times in the morning to speak with someone at the front desk and they never answered. My stay was just average and not the best choice for choosing this place to stay after my wedding ceremony."

"Check in was seamless, front desk is professional, helpful, and very welcoming. If you’re staying here for Disney it is very close. A 6-10 min uber. Perfect relaxation pre/post Disney. The tangerine room breakfast was amazing. We did not get the buffet, we just ordered single items. We used self parking which was very easy right outside property through a private alley. We are DINK so this was the spot for us. Will definitely be back. Thank you"
