Third Time using Vacasa! Recommended!

We travel everywhere to the Gulf and Vacasa has been fantastic all around. From the accomodations, ease of use, making sure everything is good, and they seem to care. Short getaway after Christmas

We took our 6 year old granddaughter on a short getaway after Christmas. Although is was cold in December we enjoyed being right in the beach and close to so many restaurants and activities.

Great Location

Older remodeled condo, close to beach and ammenities. Hot tub area well kept. Overall good experience except for tropical storm which shut us down for a day but that is not the owners fault. Would recommend.

Terrific condo and view

The condo is exactly as described. Everything was clean and we had plenty of room for 5 adults. The view is amazing and it's an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely rent this one again.

Great 4th of July stay

This is a great place to stay even during the busy times. Location!!! Beach isn't crowded as it has space from condos on either side. Coastal is in walking distance for cold drinks from the beach as well as for dining. All of the other great restaurants are quick driving distance. Publix is nearby for grocery run. Will definitely return!

Love the Beach

We loved the beach. Condos were calm. The people who work at condos so nice and helpful. I loved that y’all text me early to check in. Very family friendly. Will be back.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful time staying in this unit and exploring Orange Beach. The condo complex is great because there are not additional large complexes right next door - which means more private space on the beach for your family. The unit was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Our group included 4 adult women and my infant son, 11 months. There was more than enough room for everyone and my son loved the open floor plan because he could crawl around easily. There was also plenty of room for all of his gear, and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals. We will definitely be coming back to stay at Summer Chase!

The condo itself was nice. Perfect for us 4. I was however not happy with the ac. They have it set where you couldn’t set the temp below 68. I feel for the amount of money we spent to stay 4 nights we should be able to set it to our comfort. I was pretty warm trying to sleep at night.

Fall break

Everything was great besides the front door was broken when i checked in and no one wouldn't come and fix it. So i had to barricade the front door and my son and me slept in the masters bedroom with the door lock to the bedroom. The company refused to send anyone and said it was not a safety issue.
