"Microwave didn’t work and was not fixed or replaced after two days. Hot tub was broken in general the room condition was very very poor. Do not stay here if you have any other options."

"We noticed an odd odor as soon as we entered the room. Some of the lamps in the room were missing light bulbs and when staff came to replace them he found that one lamp was broken and a bulb could not be installed. When my wife turned back the bed she noticed stains on the bedspread and sheet. We decided to leave within a few minutes of checking in due to the poor maintenance and cleanliness of our room. We were denied a refund. We just felt like our room was not clean as we have come to...
