Access to our room floor was a bit of a trek (had to take 2 elevators and navigate our suitcases along carpeted hallways) but our room was spacious and clean."

"On a quiet side street and in easy walking distance to sites and restaurants and bars. Did not feel touristy. Hotel had a small restaurant, especially convenient for a late night coffee and dessert."

"CitizenM is a great standard of hotels by Marriott. Love the in-room iPad controls. The smart curtains and blinds are just perfect for that power nap.Breakfast is tasteful and plentiful. A great option for short stays. Wife and I will definitely visit again and in other locations."

"Not that many amenities option but two beautiful parks next to the hotel. The location is beautiful, the centre of Dublin, close to shopping center and public transportation. Very good cleaning! Stuff go above and beyond to help. However, they are not responsive through messaging. I tried to email them with issues and request 0 reply! Rooms are also small for bigger families."

Rooms OK, not as luxurious as other Conrads; shower size absolutely unacceptable; extremely small, literally less than 1 square meter, maybe 8sqft; super uncomfortable, not suited for medium to large people and certainly not for elders..... way too small, on the other hand, they have a battub using valuable space in the bathroom. The shower size was really a bummer."

"This is a nice hotel in a nice area. The good choice of restaurants on the street are a plus. The rooms are clean and well presented, although the view was of the carpark and there are some maintenance issues like the slow draining sink which needs looking into. The reception staff were pleasant but didn’t give us any further information other than our room number. A huge disappointment though is how housekeeping do not stand by the hotels eco friendly practices - towels which are left hanging...
