"Rooms have only swiss style power outlets. There were european style outlets (one each) in the lounge and laundry area - very tourist unfriendly. The adapter was available for purchase for an exorbitant price of 16 francs. A very bad policy. Also no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody."

"Pros:
1) very clean & neat room
2) friendly staffs
3) very close to Zurich airport
4) breakfast for a fee is good (would be good if there are more cut fruits though)
5) check out time is 12pm instead of 11am
Cons:
1) Toilet paper is too hard & bad for skin! Strong suggest to change
2) Noises including night time from trains & planes can interrupt sleep"
