"Fantastic location. Helpful staff. Great welcome drink. Only area of improvement would have been better soundproofing from level above our room."

"All good"

"Our concierge Shannon was very helpful and very welcoming to a first time visitor to Amsterdam."

"فندق جميل وموقع رائع"

"Personale all’arrivo molto accogliente a differenza di quello del check out che non ha voluto ammettere sbaglio della propria chat/whatsup! State attenti!! Verificate sempre perché spesso sono messaggi ingannevoli"

"Great location with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and other amenities nearby. It’s also very convenient to get around by tram. The hotel itself is stylish, modern, and very clean. There’s a lovely café and restaurant in the lobby, and the coffee is especially delicious! The only two things I missed were a phone in the room and a dresser with drawers to store clothes. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I would definitely give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars!"

"Very convenient walk to points of interest and restaurants... only point of inconvenience was the rooms were very small and not much storage for clothes but the location made up for the negatives"

"Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Amsterdam, avec les principales attractions, restaurants et bars facilement accessibles. L’hôtel est accueillant, les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien aménagées. Le personnel est sympathique, professionnel et attentionné."

"Great great great "

"My stay was satisfactory, typical HIG express hotel. If they would add a fitness room this would add a star in future stays. It’s at a quite place, river view, 15mins walk to free ferry to get into a tourist spot, central station, nearby 2 choices for groceries and on the go food. Season prices are up, but you know it’s Amsterdam. BF is as included but I didn’t use it. It was a fruitful stay."
