    Patten Place is the perfect choice for your private lodging in the Oneonta area. This private 5 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located just minutes from Main street Oneonta and the bustling commercial area of southside. Patten Place is a quick 8 minute drive to All Star Village youth baseball tournament park. Enjoy a quiet residential neighborhood while still close to downtown.

    Don’t let the exterior fool you on this one, the home is very spacious inside! Enter into the main floor with the eat-in Kitchen overlooking the back yard, a large living room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths all on one floor, no stairs necessary. The lower level has a 2nd living room great for the kiddos and 2 bedrooms. This home has been recently updated and redecorated to bring this classic into a new era, your host has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The layout is easy for groups or large families to spread out and still have a home like feel.
    There is a large flat backyard easy for pick up games and enjoying the cool summer evenings after a long day of baseball. Plenty of parking in the private driveway. New to Cooperstown Stay in April 2023, discounted rate as a new offering for this summer season! Book now while you still have a chance.

We were very happy with our stay! The location was perfect for us because it’s close to everything. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was amazing… very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cozy home so close to ASV

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful home! It truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring everyone had a restful sleep, and there was an abundance of towels and linens, making it easy to settle in. The house felt like a cozy haven, perfect for accommodating 2-3 families without feeling cramped. Location-wise, it couldn't be better—just a quick 5-minute drive to Walmart, the grocery store, Cooperstown All Star Village and other convenient amenities. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation experience.

Great home in the heart of Oneonta

We came in for the week while my son played at all star village. It was close to everything. They had a wagon, cooler, and chairs which was awesome. I highly recommend this home. The owners were very responsive.

Attending baseball event and wanted to be near All Star Village and this house made that so easy. Also close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The house was comfortable for our family of 9. The few times I asked for a favor the response was quick and easy.

Perfect for a large or multi family

The host is very responsive and caring (even checked in on us when others in the area had a power outage even tho we did not). WiFi is great. Everything is easily accessible on the first floor … and the downstairs makes a great retreat from the buzz upstairs. The 2.5 bathrooms are huge with a capacity of 10 people/5 bedrooms. Thank you Darlene for a wonderful stay!

All star Village family rental

House was well kept and had all the amenities you could think of including stadium chairs, wagon and cooler for the games. Owners were very accommodating and the distance to All Star Village was less than 8 minutes. House is 4 minutes from local grocery stores as well. Highly recommend for a few families stay at Cooperstown All Star Village.

Close to Cooperstown All Star Village!

Plenty of space for 5-8 people. Great communication with the owner. The kids played Wiffle ball in the big back yard. The best part of the house was the location to Cooperstown ASV. Quick 7-10 minutes across town. Also close to quaint downtown Oneonta. Older home with upgrades in the kitchen, flooring, and bathrooms.

Perfect rental with all the fixings!

This house was the perfect rental for our time spent in Oneonta & Cooperstown. Conveniently located just off Route 28 for easy access to other destinations. The split level layout gave everyone their privacy and the kids loved having their own space and tv room downstairs. Freshly renovated with all towels and linens included really made it an easy stay since we travelled from FL. Owner was very accommodating and was easily reachable via phone and text. I would highly recommend this rental! Comfortable, convenient & beautiful!

Perfect spot

We stayed here during our sons' baseball tournament. 3 families stayed in the house and it was the perfect size. The mainfloor bedrooms had window a/c units. The downstairs bedrooms didn't, but fans were provided. The yard is big enough to host the baseball team for a wiffle ball game. The house is close to all-star village, the market, and the liquor store. Definitely consider this house if you are visiting Oneonta. 😊
