"I called the day before saying we would be checking in late, and to request a crib. We were told it would not be an issue.
After a long day of travel, we arrived around midnight and checked in. It appeared we were placed in the wrong room - we were supposed to get a King suite and were given a double queen - and without a crib. I"

"The room was not very clean. The pool bottom has loose cement where you feel like you are stepping on rocks. The breakfast buffet was nasty. The 2nd shift desk clerk was very kind. I will definitely pick a different motel if I stay in the area again."
