"Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff were so helpful at all hours of the day or night. The rooms were very clean, the AC was just right, and we enjoyed two nights at the hotel onsen after long days of walking around Nagasaki. The buffet breakfast had a huge variety for both Japanese and westerners, and sports a spectacular view of the Nagasaki hillside. Highly recommended hotel!!"
