"We 100% recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore this stunning part of NZ. Our only regret is not having more time to utilise the kayaks and take in the sights of the river.The house is very modern and comfortable and where very surprised with a well stocked fridge of homemade goodies for our breakfast the next day. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive to any questions and requests.Would love to return here soon. "

"This was my first stay at the property. My partner, our one-year-old daughter, and I were placed in Room 013 on the ground floor for one night. Unfortunately, we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The shower pressure was very weak, there was visible dirt around the bathtub, and the jet function was unavailable for use. More concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom, particularly the toilet area. It was not presented to the standard I would expect from a hotel, and we felt...

"Great location and very clean, friendly staff, and room was great with kitchenette and even a washer dryer (not that we needed these things this trip). The only issues we had was the bed was to firm for my liking and no top sheet, and only 1 comfortable chair in the room means one of you have to either sit on the bed or at the dinning table."
