Welcome to our cozy retreat, where comfort meets luxury! Our newly renovated house is a haven of comfort, style, and wellness and is walking distance to both the renowned Henry Doorly Zoo and the tranquil Lauritzen Gardens.

This house has been updated from top to bottom bringing a warm modern aesthetic while still incorporating original elements of the house, such as the red brick and beautiful columns. New appliances, beautiful quartz countertops, white cabinets, and new slate tile floors make this a dream kitchen for your stay. Bathrooms have been fully updated, floors refinished throughout the house, new LVP upstairs and basement repainted.

The house has been thoughtfully designed as a relaxing, comfortable space perfect for families, traveling workers, groups and couples. On the main level, you'll find the living room with a 50" TV, dining area, two bedrooms with Queen beds (one with it's own half bath), the kitchen fully stocked with utensils and cookware, and the full bath. Upstairs, you'll find a large loft area with a second living space 55" TV included and a cute little kids area and the third bedroom with a King sized bed. Get the hotel sleep experience with comfortable beds and blackout curtains.

One of the standout features of our property is the private sauna, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Imagine soaking in the warmth, melting away your stress, and revitalizing your body and mind.
