"The hotel was an oasis and so beautiful. I went for a conference, but I enjoyed the whole experience. The decor is elegant but calming, and the staff are impeccable. The spa is gorgeous with a heated pool with jets that is like a cove, a sauna, and steam room. The room was well appointed with a B&O speaker, plenty of storage for clothes and toiletries. I would love to go back. The hotel is really a get away and is right next to the metro. The bar had delicious drinks and desserts and the restaurant was excellent. "

"I stayed one night at the hotel and accidentally left my iPad in the opened safe case in my room. I called the front desk, and fortunately they informed me that housekeeping had found it. They kindly offered to send it to my home address if I provide a shipping label. As I am still traveling, I will find a nearby FedEx location to purchase a shipping label and send it to the hotel so they can return my iPad to me. Thank you very much for your honesty and courteous assistance—I truly appreciate your help."

"Hotel was located in the old Olympic Village. It had 3 of the floors for Hotel use and was completely surrounded by condos which were originally built for the 1972 Olympics. Interesting visiting the old Olympic stadiums and park and also the BMW Welt and museum. The area was devoid of good restaurants and it felt like you were visiting and staying in a none touristy area. Kind of a weird vibe. The hotel staff was nice, our room was clean and adequate. It was warm in the room with no AC… and it was pretty cool outside. $25 cab rides got you into more historic Munich. It was cool to see the Olympic Park but I’d go more downtown next time."
