"The lobby is non-smoking, but smells of smoke because I saw at least 1 employee smoking in the adjacent utility room (an older woman). The lighting all shines down within the room, so it's quite dim - particularly if you're on the ground floor and need to keep the windows shut. The breakfast isn't worth mentioning - we didn't eat it. The rooms are clean and the TV works. The shower is a bit tight but functional."

"Amenities were a bed toilet and shower. I have problems with my vision. The lighting in the room was horrid! I turned on the tv and I couldn't even get Fox New Channel. Oh I could get every liberal network I wanted what a sham. The internet kept going out and tv was buffering all the time, how irritating. No bathroom fan, what????? If you are going to run a motel the least you could do is keep up the basics. What a pit. You should get out of the motel business and let someone else run it...

"it took almost an hour to track down staff to check in. I had to get three phone calls from the manager and search the hotel property knocking on hotel doors to wake staff up, only to have the manager scream at me on the phone and hang up on me. the building is falling apart even the outside overhang has pieces hanging down that are falling, paint is peeling, doors have signs that they are to be immediately vacated due to health and safety reasons, the brick wall in the reception area literally...
