"Great location in the heart of everything close to river, old town and iconic bridge. Cute cafe with great coffee and friendly staff, no lifts so be mindful if your luggage is heavy."

"overall its not bad....definitely good for a family however there's a few things I would like to mention that could have an impact for others wanting to book same place. 1. It's not the holiday Inn, its two separate businesses using the same building...some floors have hotel rooms, some have appartment rooms...I haven't see the hotel rooms so I cannot comment on that however I can say it feels misleading when you head into the lobby and they have elevators that are much fancier yet they tell...

"This was one of the best rooms I have stayed in, in Portugal in all the times I have visited and will definitely be back! Location is great! The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better stay"

"When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk, so I couldn't go inside the hotel and check in. A staff member who worked at the restaurant came down and opened the door for me to wait. When the staff member then arrived and told me about the arrival situation, they didn't apologize for keeping me waiting, but simply said the hotel door was always closed. I stayed for three days."

"Very spacious room"

"Lovely place, very central too! Staff friendly and accommodating, will definitely be back!"

"Great location, wonderful historic apartment, I did not realize there was no elevsator so the 4 flights of stairs was not easy with luggage but it was a unique, cool place to stay."

"Perfect location, quiet on the inside - hopping on the outside - this property checked all the boxes!!! Well appointed kitchen and 3 separate sleeping areas with bathrooms…quaint balcony that was so picturesque at dusk with twinkling lights across the river!!!!! Thank you Fatima- you were grand!"

"Muy limpio, buena atención y muy céntrico !!!! 100% recomendado"
