"The Cooper Young bungalow was cute and comfortable, we had everything we needed for our stay. The team was quick to respond to any messages and address any issues. Smoke detector battery was going out and they quickly came to take care of it. Very friendly and professional. Great location, close to all the activities you want to do. "Very cute place to stay. Only stayed one night while driving thru & really enjoyed it. Only issue is I've had was contacting the host after we left about a missing item."

"The actual property was nice but while staying here my vehicle was broken into. I contacted the host to try and get the camera footage to give to the police and I was informed that the cameras on the property does not work and have not been for a while. Like I mentioned before the actual property was nice, it was clean and spacious but the area is unsafe."

"Just needed a crash pad for one night in Memphis. Wanted to be close to Overton Square and Cooper/Young area. Tiny/trendy fit the bill. Not roomy, but comfortable bed and clean shower. Neighborhood was a little sketch, but reserved parking spot in fenced in backyard helped alleviate my worries. Highly recommend "
