"Rooms need to be updated. Painting needs to be done correctly- very sloppy and was peeling off walls and doors of rooms. Toilets almost sit on the ground. GREAT house keeping. Main quarters of hotel great. Rooms are just tired. Ok staff- not entirely helpful at times. Service is non existent on the beach on rented palapas and pool area. "

I've traveled extensively, and I genuinely haven't seen anyone move with her level of energy, care, and professionalism. She went above and beyond for every guest, never stopped moving, and did it all with a warm, welcoming attitude. She is a true standout. I also want to recognize Yosmar, who provided wonderful customer service throughout the meal. Friendly, attentive, and thoughtful - exactly what you hope for when you sit down to start your day. "This is our favorite hotel in Aruba, we always get the ocean view King. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and they have the best beach on this property, hands-down. We were a little disappointed. That half of the pool was still empty because of the new tower that was being built but next time it will be full again."
