"Adriana offered the best customer service to us during our time staying there. She gave us great advice and recommendations on places to go to, restaurants beaches, bars and towns to visit. She’s a very nice, friendly person and is always contactable. The suites themselves look exactly how they are pictured online and are very modern, clean and spacious. If we ever come back to Naxos, we will book with them again."

"We loved it here! Very luxurious and beautiful with a perfect location. The breakfast buffet was great, the access to the beach (literally a 2 min walk) was amazing, the pools and pool bar made us feel like we were able to completely relax. And the rooms were very much to American standards - plenty of sink space, larger shower, robes, fridge, huge closet, nice patio, nespresso machine. They even brought us a complimentary chilled bottle of wine and handwritten note on our first day. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"The room Was excellent, breakfast amazing, near the beach. The only thing that bothered us was we were told that the reception closes at 3 pm and our ferry was coming in at 7.30 pm. So they sent us a car for a 2 minute drive and since there is no elevator then because we’re checking in at 8 pm we have to pay extra for the staff to carry our bags to our room. We did not think this was fair. Many other places just waited for us and checked us in. But they insisted we pay 50 euro so to keep Their office open and for the 2 minute drive. I think if you don’t have an elevator then it’s not the guests problem. It’s the responsibility of the hotel to help with the bags. Also telling us the reception closes at 3 pm ? I have never heard of any reception closing at 3 pm. You cannot even check into most places till 3 pm. Unnecessary charge of 50 euro. So I would be careful about booking here. You need to clarify all details or you will be charged. It was too late for us to change hotels. It was not about the money but the ethics of it. Other than this it was great. Just left a bad taste !!"

"This was an amazing stay. The place has a lovely bedroom with AC and a cute window, good storage, and a comfortable queen bed. It has a large bathroom with a spacious shower and overhead rainfall. The kitchen had great amenities, it was everything we needed. It is located right beside the main ferry port in a very convenient location. Staff were kind, accommodating, and helpful and did everything possible to improve our stay including giving advice for activities, car rental spots, and parking. It was very clean and well kept. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"Almost everything was perfect. Clean, perfect location, great staff. The wifi does not work inside the rooms. It works in the common areas no problem. We were not the only ones experiencing this. It was no big deal because we could just use it outside, but pretty essential for out of country travelers. Their menu lacks vegan options, especially for breakfast. If this is meaningful to you, it's worth knowing."
