"What a wonderful stay. The room was as advertised and had everything we needed. This property is located on a quiet neighborhood street and parking is right in front. The owner Shawn was professional, communicative and friendly. We had a car but you can walk to most things. This is not a tourist area but more of a local community, which we prefer. Make sure you hit Browne Beach daily for a swim it’s a 3min drive away with free parking. Do not miss Ostins fish fry on Fridays and St. Lawrence gap which is 15min away. We will be staying again and again"

The space was perfect for our family of four and gave us a comfortable place to spend time together.The location was fantastic—we loved being within walking distance of Carlisle Beach, gas station, shops, and several great restaurants. The home was also very well stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and enjoyable.We truly appreciated Paul's hospitality and all the thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barbados!"

"We had a wonderful stay at "Step from Carlisle" ! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed to feel at home. The location was convenient, and the hosts were responsive and accommodating.One suggestion that would make an already great property even better would be the addition of air conditioning on the second floor. The main living areas were comfortable, but the upstairs could become a bit warm.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay!"
