"When we arrived we had to greet the staff at the front desk. The gentleman was also very cold but I guess it was apart of the whole spooky vibe. The sheets were a little natty but all in all it was an okay experience with a place to lay my head."

"they charged me about 90 dollars more than what my receipt says they charged. They then also did a double charge of 270 dollars. I am out 350 dollars. It's a good thing I locked my card after that because they tried to take out 230 2 times and 270 one other times as well after they already had taken the other money out of my card. If my card was unlocked I would of lost another 730 dollars, my bank is helping me because I have proof, but still who knows how long that will take."

"Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for??"
