"While the inside is exactly as expected based off the pictures, unfortunately the outside needs quite a bit of work. The concrete was severely cracked and missing sections and the yard was not visually appealing. Neighbors were also very sketchy and had quite a large tent in the front yard that people kept going in and out of like folks were living there, quite odd. I would not stay in this area again. Great apartment inside so kudos there to the host. "

"The place has a cottage like feel to it in a quiet area. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, unless you have small children than it’s more like 15 minutes. The pier is about 20 minutes, 25 minutes with small children. The kitchen is well stocked, with dishes and pots. Both beach and bath towels are provided. "

"Sarah was accessible and answered all out questions. The property was clean and linens were provided! They even provided travel sized toiletries and some kitchen starters (coffee, tea, filters, soap, etc)! The view is amazing from the deck ( especially for the Thursday fireworks and the accessibility to businesses on the street is great! Although there is no signed parking for the unit, it was easy to find street parking (30 min limit) and lot parking for about 10. Hoping to return next year and...
