"Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly."

"This was the perfect location on Old Orchard Beach. The owner was excellent with communication. The unit itself was spotless and had everything you need for a wonderful stay. Spectacular views of ocean from living area and master bedroom. The restaurant downstairs has great live entertainment and delicious food. We definitely will be back!"
