"The hotel is in a convenient location, but that’s about it. Most of the staff was kind and helpful. The lobby was nice, but my room was not very clean. The building is a bit older, which I don’t typically mind, but I would think they would make up for it by keeping up with the rooms. When I arrived, there was hair in the restroom, on the counter, and on the door. The restroom also had an odd splatter stain on the wall and the little shelf in the shower was falling off. The AC was great though!"

"Just about everything there was in order. I liked the parking garage and the front desk service was very helpful. Some of the HVAC was not quite right. My family and I had plenty of space and entertainment to enjoy our suite."

"The room was clean and roomy and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure was good however the shower control is installed backwards resulting in a blast of extremely hot water. Turning it higher resulted in cold water. This was in a handicapped room. Some poor handicapped soul might not be able to move quickly enough or get out of the stream when turning the shower on or off to avoid a burn. The breakfast was below average. The scrambled eggs tasted as though they were from a powder. ...
