"The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious. We were very satisfied with the hotel’s management accommodating our situation, I believe the hotels managers name was Vanessa, which she went above and beyond to make our stay a very pleasant experience! Thank you so much The Ortega’s"

"Spa was nice, pool was refreshing except there were no towels available. Food was a bit expensive but they had a nice selection of Filipino and American options. My son got sick while we were there and the staff was supportive and accommodating."

"The buffet breakfast was very good--so many choices, even vegetarian. JR, one of the waiters in the breakfast restaurant was so attentive and even gave us helpful information about how to take public transportation. The only negative comment I have is that the water station on the 9th floor was not working."
