"The parking garage on property was a huge plus! Staff was so friendly and our rooms were spacious and very clean! The only issue was we paid for a premium room with a view of the lake but were placed on the 5th floor and our only view was of the roof and solar panels! Other than that no complaints! "

"The lobby and main floor were clean and well maintained, and Breakfast was very nice. My room was not as clean, the pull-out mattress in the sofa was stained, there was a blanket but not sheets or pillow for it. The room was cleaned every day, but the towels were not fully replaced every day - we didn’t get a new bath mat after the first day, some days we were missing towels and washcloths. Most annoying thing was the parking - sign out front said parking was $15/day, if you’re a guest register your vehicle for a parking pass- got charged for parking anyway. "

"If you want to stay in the nosiest hotel ever. Pick this one. The doors have these new locks on them that are incredibly loud when the doors close. So at 3am when people start moving around you hear every door open and close. No matter how soft you try to close it. Not one good night sleep. The hotel has a funny smell and the breakfast is meh . I’d skip it and stay in another hotel next time "

"Stay was good the room was well equipped with kitchen facilities and lots of space. Parking is $10 per day which was a surprise when we arrived. They do not have ice makers but you can ask the front desk and they are happy to get ice for you. Staff was exceptional at the desk. Clyde and a woman (I didn’t catch her name) were friendly and helpful. Our room was 143 and across from the laundry room and near an exterior door which made it a bit noisy."

"I was really surprised with the construction. It made for a confusing arrival and felt like we were in a work zone the entire time. I personally would avoid it until the construction was done."

"The Breakfast was Great & So were the Ladies Had Smiles on their Faces Every Morning and took your plates when you were finished & it was Clean. The front Desk needs some help it was a young staff who seemed bothered when you checked in or out or if you needed something because they were too busy on their Cell Phones. Our Room needed Updating, but there were signs saying they were in the middle of updating. I have been to plenty of Best Westerns and this one needs some staff help on keeping front Entrance clean and elevators Clean& Just Learning how to be Friendly."
