"Absolutely the worst hotel i have ever stayed, i arrived at 3am and was booked into a room on the 4th floor, i was then advised that no lifts was working, so after 20 flights of stairs i finally crawled into bed at 3:30. At 5am reception then called my room saying they forgot to take payment, i advised i will pay after i slept, they then called at 6am and 7am. I had no sleep and a busy day at F1 ahead. Im requesting a refund for these rooms"
