The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, quality cookware, and all the essentials for cooking at home. Whether you're keeping it simple or going all out, the space is set up to make mealtime easy and enjoyable.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with soft linens, comfortable mattresses, and its own TV for private downtime. You’ll have plenty of storage and space to settle in, whether you're here for a weekend or longer.

For guests with mobility concerns, there’s a bedroom and full bathroom located in the finished basement, accessible directly from the garage — no stairs needed.

The fenced backyard is ideal for pets and outdoor fun, with a large grassy area and a deck that’s perfect for hanging out. There’s a grill for cookouts, outdoor games for all ages, and even arcade games indoors to keep things fun no matter the weather.

Guest Access:
The home is all yours. You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a charming blend of history, beauty, and modern amenities. Nestled in the heart of Olathe, it offers convenient access to major highways, making it easy to explore the wider region. With quiet streets and well-preserved historic homes, you can take leisurely walks and admire unique architectural styles. The city center, located just a few miles away, is filled with local shops, boutiques, and eateries, perfect for shopping and dining. There is a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby, offering diverse culinary options. Nature lovers will enjoy the neighborhood's proximity to outdoor recreational opportunities.

Other Things to Note:
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.

PARTIES -NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED. All gatherings must be limited within our max occupancy, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $200 fine.
If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated.

PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
The back yard is fully fenced.

Disclaimer- We have an EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.

LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline guests who refuses to go through our pre screening or disagrees with our house rules.

Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
