"Top accueil et belle chambre"

"We had a brief single night stop over at Hotel Dolorea. Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found. We booked a shared room for a family of four. Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside. Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. There was no kettle in the room. Room/hotel were...

"La habitación muy limpia, la chica de recepción un 10, muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo. La comida estaba muy buena"

"Personnel au top ! Les chambres sont très propres. J’aime beaucoup la couleur des chambres. Il y à seulement l’isolation phonique qui n’est pas super mais ça reste un hôtel calme. Hôtel idéal pour découvrir la région et faire un petit footing le matin."

"Friendly staff great room with amazing view of Onati"

"Beautiful situation, nothing was too much trouble for the staff"

"Room smelled like someone smoked cigarettes there."

"This is a great stop off to break up long drives. The rooms are basic, but clean and well sound proofed. There is a bar with a good selection of drinks and fast food and the restaurant serves tasty local cuisine. Our dog was treated to a welcome pack, but it wasn't made clear where he was or wasn't allowed in the public areas."

"Good hotel, staff v friendly and rooms modern, comfortable and very well equipped."

"A lovely setting. Clean facilities. Checking in was problematic as the host had no registration facilities. We never received the email link to check in online causing the host considerable anxiety. Matters were not helped by the host only speaking Spanish."

"Beautiful B and B in the countryside. Owner treated us like family. Very Helpful and Friendly. Property beautifully decorated, Ground and views of the lake and mountains were breathtaking. Keep in mind you must have a car to stay at this property. You are in the countryside, but you're a short drive down the mountain side to a small city if you need to buy groceries or a meal. If you don't want to make your own lunch or supper you will need to dive into town as this property only serves...

"No USB and no coffee machine in the room, other than that everything was excellent."

"La llegada da una vista increíble a las montañas. El dueño nos recibió de manera muy amable. El cuarto tanto como la sala de comer parecen nuevos y estan perfectamente limpios. El personal esta muy amable."

"Todo muy bien, hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Experiencia de 10"
