The second room had extension cords strung out, bathroom door had been caved in like some one had hit and the rooms, hall and parking were filthy. "

"the room was comfortable, except for the pillows, which I prefer to be more firm. The room temperature was OK. I asked for my room to be serviced and it was done very nicely. More room service options would be good. Food was excellent. Wine pours were a little on the light side."
