"Ideal hotel for a stay near Exeter Airport. It's just a 5 min drive away. Great check in, clean room with everything we needed and free breakfast. As it happens we left at 5.30 am, full breakfast begins at 6.30 am but we were still well catered for with cereals, toast, croissants and hot drinks. The member of staff on duty at that time was most attentive. Car parking is £6 when getting a code from reception, however the room rate is very reasonable."

"Great quiet room lots of space and very clean , Exeter is lovely with great transport links , stunning architecture and id say the best 'spoons in the UK ' the Imperial' . Theres a swimming pool a 5 min walk away from hotel , staff very polite and helpful. Good coffee at brekky, food not great but was a great rate for the room."

"Comfortable bedroom very well equipped and quiet with great shower. Bathroom a little on the snug side but perfectly adequate for one night. "

"This hotel took me a long time to find, also I was surprised about how far it is from the city centre. Future Inn is in the Derriford Business Park and is wel served by various frequent bus links into city and beyond. I had a lovely stay here, the room was a generous size with daily housekeeping included. It was very easy to request a disabled room. All staff were very approachable and friendly, and were able to advise me on local bus routes into the city. I was super impressed by the water dispenser that was at the end of my corridor. As I dislike using plastic and I predominantly only drink water, knowing that there was a water dispenser outside my door was very useful and was used on a daily basis. Although the breakfast here costs a lot, it is all-you-can-eat and includes bothe contenental and cooked English breakfasts. As this hotel is in a business park and on the outskirts it does not have great views and can be noisy at times. Being in a buisness park, this hotel is complemented by Starbucks and Costa coffee, (which are both 24 drive throughs and open late. Also a Pure Gyme, M&S foods and Aldi. It is also home to The Range's Global International headquarters, which does include a Range store. all staff were polite and helpful, giving me clear directiions when asked. the hotel and room was clean and tidy. "
