"My family had a good 2 nights’ stay. Nice quiet location. Good amenities provided on the same floor as the reception . Able to walk to the train station for shopping. Hotel Parking attendants were friendly and helpful."

"It was a great experience for us especially the 7 and 5 year old. The room was a little hot but nothing a fan couldn’t help with."

"Room was larger than other hotels we have stayed in Japan, 17th floor had great view. Staff was always more than helpful. We only ate breakfast twice but was typical Japanese, moderation and presentation yet more then you could eat at a breakfast bar. Big plus is the nearness to the train station, it’s a easy way to get around and takes a little bit of getting used to which line to use, local which stops at every station is one to be avoided if traveling long distances. Everyone was always more then helpful if we needed directions ( except one guy in the restaurant area outside the train station ( real tool) Definitely would stay here again"

"The room was clean and very spacious! There’s a 24 hr pharmacy next door which makes it very convenient for anything you need basically. Walk able distance to many places, and a lot of restaurants options near the hotel. WONDERFUL STAY!!!!"

"The hotel was nice, however was very high on price point comparatively given other places we stayed in Japan (despite the grand prix being on, the price of the room was very high for the size/distance from the station), particularly as the room was very small. The staff were friendly during the stay and the hotel served well as a base for what we needed. Walk to Nagoya station is 30 - 40 minutes when the metro is not running. "
