"Stunning property, spotlessly clean. Staff lovely especially bar attendant and reception staff. Breakfast lovely in morning with a varied choice of hot and cold items. Sunbeds are amazing so comfortable. Pool area is lovely. Rooms too a high standard, very comfortable bed, clean linen and towels. Excellent location. Would highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"The entire stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were polite, informative and very helpful. The room was clean, bed comfortable, offered multiple pillow options, and the private pool was well maintained. We visited PacMan. We enjoyed the beautiful views, great food and excellent service. I enjoyed a message treatment at the spa that was calm and relaxing. The property is very well maintained. My favorite part of the property was visiting the gardens where they grow many of the vegetables they serve in the restaurant. It was a beautiful garden. The location was perfect for us. It is not on the caldera but it right across the street. It was very quiet and private which was nice after exploring the main strip along the caldera. We still had an incredible ocean and sunset view!"

"Room and hotel was really nice, and I loved our balcony with lounge chairs for tanning. Bathroom is also very nice, with soaker tub but no shower. For us it was great stay, and it’s very close to good restaurants and the shops. There’s also a pool. Would definitely stay here again. I didn’t want to leave. The hostess also gives recommendations and we ate at 2 of the restaurants she suggested and they were amazing."
